Mentoring Circles

CLI Mentoring Circles are 90 minute monthly, facilitated sessions focused on strengthening your mentoring practice. Each session offers practical tools, peer support, reflection, and opportunities to learn with and from other mentors across CLI cohorts and community members.

  • Mentoring is leadership in action. In this session, you’ll apply the DAC framework to deepen your understanding of how effective mentoring creates clarity, alignment, and commitment, both within teams and in one-on-one relationships.
