I do have value and I bring something to this table.

I've been doing management leadership jobs

basically for the last 13 14 years and last couple,

I've been kinda starting to doubt myself.

you may have some topics that

might be hard for you to hear.

Sometimes it feels like they're throwing a lot at you.

I'll say that at first from the first couple of days

I was feeling I was getting so much thrown at me

and then the more that we talk

and the more that you see

it all starts to kinda resonate and all starts to click

and it's inspiring honestly.

So more than anything this program's inspiring

I'll say that.

Honestly, I wouldn't trade this experience for a while

I'd do it again.
