What is the Collective Leadership Initiative?
A group of individuals that foster collaboration and transformation to enhance health equity across Colorado.
Why does it exist?
Our purpose is to strengthen individual, organizational, and network capacity to improve health and increase health equity in Colorado. By connecting organizations and communities, we use collective power to address health inequities and collaboratively solve challenges.
How to join the community?
Community Partners all start with a free week long leadership development program. Upon completion of the course participants will have access to mentors, peer-support, closed events, and our library of resources.
